Newborn Photography

This was my very first newborn photography session. Walker was 6 days old. There is something very special about photographing a newborn. It is awesome to watch the new parents interact with their baby.. I can't wait to photograph more tiny people!!

These pictures were taken for experiment only. It was just a fun day with a friend and they turned out so creepy! We were playing with slow-sync flash. Fun fact... I'm wearing my mother's wedding dress.

Brides of Oklahoma

Stephen and Lynzi came to me wanting pictures for their company, Platinum 7 Dezines. They were asked to advertise in the Brides of Oklahoma 2013 issues, so one of the pictures I took they will choose to make an advertisement out of. They are such a fun and cute couple! Stephen actually made Lynzi's dress specifically for this photo shoot!! I know, right.. it's awesome!

Beautiful Miranda...

Miranda is by far my favorite person to photograph. She says she "turns on the majic" in front of the camera and I couldn't agree with her more. This specific group of photos was done for a school assignment designed specifically for me! My professor took all the info he knows about me and my photography and made up a theme for me. "Pin-up's in Nature" is what he came up with. I'm a very "outdoorsy" person, meaning I love to go on hike's, camp, and simply just sit outside any chance I can get. I also have this obsession with pin-up/vintage style photography. So this is what I came up with...
